Barking Riverside London (BRL) appointed Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd (PCM) to manage all aspects of parking control management and services across the Barking Riverside development in July 2020. PCM were appointed following a thorough consultation period and we have so far been very pleased and impressed with how the contract has been managed throughout.
