Our onboarding process is straightforward and will be managed with minimum client fuss by your dedicated Account Manager.
PCM will provide a parking implementation service, that includes:
- Site surveys
- Permit scheme implementation, including a full site parking plan
- Visitor permit system, including landlord discretionary bays, contractors, carers etc…
- Resident self-enforcement app
- Signage design and specification
- Site documentation, including Google Earth snapshots and location specific documentation.

Embassy Gardens – Case Study
Embassy Gardens is a prestigious development in the Nine Elms regeneration zone in London. Our client Approached PCM and asked us to provide a modern & innovative solution that would solve current parking issues on site whilst delivering a strict but fair service.
We approached PCM to find a solution to a number of parking and vehicle control issues we were having on Springfield Park. The main issue being we needed to find a system that allowed residents’ parking rights to be protected from first occupation whilst also managing the high number of staff and contractors we have on site every day.
Nicole suggested a permit-based system for residents and a virtual permit system for both contractors and the marketing suite, which allows us to enter registrations of contractors or marketing suite visiting vehicles and gives us the control we need to ensure those that should not be parked are not permitted to.
As a multi-phase development Nicole and the permits team have done a fantastic job of being able to provide all permits for completed blocks to our sales team in a timely manner, when they are requested by Weston Homes. These are then handed to the residents on completion day to ensure residents have a pleasant move-in experience.
We are now looking at replicating across many of our developments as the ease of working with PCM along with the service levels and back-office support they provide are second to none.
