24/7 Enforcement

PCM have worked hard over the years to cultivate long-standing relationships with our contracted operatives.

We challenge the industry norm of a high and constant turnover of parking attendants, investing in their training and development to ensure they become experts in their field.

We also take great steps to ensure that they have the right tools for the job:

  • Consistent, branded uniform
  • Halo body cameras for all interactions
  • ID Badges
  • PCM enforcement app.

Our diverse operatives are dedicated to covering specific areas so they can learn the intricacies and semantics of their schemes.

On an initial induction all new wardens go through a rigorous period of training with our dedicated training department. Ongoing training opportunities also allow us to ensure their approach continues to be of the highest quality.

We can proudly say that many of our operatives have worked for PCM for in excess of 10 years with a large percentage of operatives being female.

Operative Uniform

All of Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd’s enforcement operatives wear full uniform at all times.

This uniform can vary according to weather conditions but it is mandatory for them to wear at least the branded polo shirt and Halo body camera.

PCM are aware of the need to deliver a smart professional service at all times and we ensure that our operatives are provided with top quality equipment and uniform for their role.  An identification badge is carried by all operatives who can produce this upon request at any time.

Operative issued uniform/equipment comprises:

  • Lightweight fleece & polo shirt with embroidered logo

  • Winter weather coat with high vis embroidered logo and high vis cuff bands

  • ID badge & lanyard

  • Halo body cam & mount

What our clients say

PCM have taken all the stress of managing parking away from us. They take care of all aspects of parking on our estates and they do an excellent job. They are customer orientated and understand our needs and those of our customers. In  4 years we haven’t had a single complaint about  them and in comparison they are head and shoulders above the rest.

They are highly recommended.
