Report an Incorrectly parked vehicle

There are two ways to identify your location, please read the instructions below before using the form for the first time.

Report a Vehicle using a postcode

The vast percentage of schemes use the postcode as the identifier. In which case please add the postcode in capitals with one space to the first entry field.

If you receive this message: “Unknown post code, try again with CAPS and with one space.” It might mean that the site is listed under another postcode, (Due to the fact that many schemes cover multiple post codes, sometimes your specific postcode will not be on our system) try using the ‘official’ postcode for the estate/scheme and if it still doesn’t work, it means the post code is not in our system.

If so, please scroll down to the “Add a postcode” form at the bottom of this page and use it to advise us of the postcode and scheme name in question.

Report a Vehicle using a Location Code

Some recently implemented schemes will have been issued with a Location Code (LOC). This number will have been sent in resident/tenant communication documentation and can also be found on all signage. If the scheme signage has an LOC like the one pictured or if you know the scheme LOC, simply add the 3 or 4 number to the top field.

These details will be communicated immediately to the local warden and used to track patterns/trends. If possible the operative will inspect the carpark and issue a parking charge notice.

Should the offending vehicle be a repeat offender, please include in the notes section, the days/times that the offences typically occur. Due to new DVLA guidelines we will not be able to use your photos to issue a parking charge notice electronically.

Please Note:
  • All submissions are completely anonymous and none of your information is retained.
  • Please keep in mind our local patrol officer may have finished/ not yet started their shift or be out of the immediate area. They will patrol as soon as they are able to do so.
This is not a response service, although we will apprise your local warden.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This form is to advise PCM of a postcode to be added to our database, it is not the Report a Vehicle form, which can be found in the left hand column.
