EnforcePCM – self enforcement app
Whilst we are unable to move a vehicle, or even always be on site to immediately issue a ticket PCM have developed an easy use app to compliment our standard patrols.
This app allows you to take a few photographs of an unauthorised vehicle/s which are sent to our App Team.
Upon review should the evidence submitted clearly demonstrate a breach of an advertised parking restriction a postal parking charge notice (PCN) can be issued to the registered keeper.
EnforcePCM does not negate the need for regular enforcement patrols. What it does do is add another layer of enforcement to prevent misuse of bays and other restricted parking areas.
All Parking Charge Notices are issued by PCM with the app user remaining anonymous.
Simply visit your app store and search “EnforcePCM” or simply click the relevant logo below. The app is available to download on both Apple and Android devices.
4 step registration process…

Download the app and register a new account.

When registering you will need to provide proof of address (dated in the last 3 months) as well as ID (a driving license will work as both forms of ID providing it is issued to the correct address.

One of our team will perform manual verification of your account usually within 2 working days (although it is normally quicker).

Once verified, you will receive a welcome email with pdf instructions attached.
Once you have been verified by our app team you are supplied with full instructions and be able to use instantly.
The process:
- Take required photographs – please always follow the guides
- Select a reason why you are reporting the vehicle
- Enter the address or site name
- Enter additional notes i.e. vehicle parked in my bay
By making this app available both residents & stakeholders, we can quickly reduce the level of parking abuse on your development.
