Office Administrator

Due to internal promotion we currently have a vacancy for an office administrator solely based at our newly refurbished head office located in Slough. To succeed in this role you will need to be confident, flexible and have an excellent work ethic & attitude. We are looking for a committed and flexible individual who enjoys and flourishes on challenges.

Experience/knowledge/skills:

  • Ability to communicate with clients in a confident, professional manner & developing positive working relationships

  • Skilled at working under pressure, remaining calm at all times. Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency all Microsoft office applications. Knowledge of publisher would be an advantage. Excellent document/presentation production skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively

  • A professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion and the highest level of confidentiality at all times.

  • Ability to communicate with all internal/external contacts and clients in a confident, professional, appropriate, and positive manner

  • Ability to ensure tasks are performed accurately and to a high standard

  • Capacity to identify potential issues before they occur and react appropriately.

  • Strong team player and able to support and contribute actively in team situations as well as the ability to work independently.

What we offer

Permanent Position (after 3 month probationary period)

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9-5

£17.5 per annum (increasing after successful completion of probationary period)
